STEP ONE: CONSULTATION
Arrange your free 20 minute phone consultation to discover if we are the right fit. During this time, we will discuss what is bringing you into therapy and what you are hoping to achieve with my support. I will answer any questions you have about the process so you can feel confident moving forward.
STEP TWO: RECEIVE THE CONSISTENT SUPPORT YOU NEED
It really is that simple! The time from first contact to first appointment can be as soon as a week. Together we will establish frequency and duration of therapy so you can feel secure knowing that you are on the path to healing.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor who lives and works in Toronto. I am also the owner and founder of Work in Progress, a mental health collective. You have likely landed here because you are seeking change or healing. Perhaps you feel like the world expects too much of you, as though no matter how hard you try, you remain stuck or unfulfilled. In a society that promotes speed, financial gain and unrealistic standards (of beauty, relationships, even self-care!) it can be increasingly difficult to find a space in which we feel heard and validated.
